Master Planning and Architectural Design Consultancy Services for an international Five Star Luxury Wellness Resort, to be located on a site of approximately five hectares. The Project shall be comprised of approximately 93 keys, including 66 villa keys (80% branded residence villas & 20% guest villas) and 27 hotel guestroom keys, eco-wellness sanctuary/spa and signature restaurant with commensurate resort facilities, guest/resident amenities, front and back of house areas.
